Personal Info

From a young age, Lindsey Polcari felt a deep calling to help others, leading her to pursue a career in healthcare. Her journey began in high school as a receptionist for a cardiologist, sparking her passion for patient care. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of Arizona in 2012 while working as a certified nursing assistant in skilled nursing facilities. She then pursued her Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2014 at the University of Arizona, laying the foundation for a dynamic and fulfilling career.

 

Lindsey gained extensive experience in emergency medicine, starting in the ER at Northwest Medical Center before transitioning to Banner University Medical Center and later Canyon Vista Medical Center after moving to Sierra Vista with her husband. Her dedication to continuous learning led her to earn a Master of Science in Nursing in 2021 from Grand Canyon University. In 2022, she joined Southwest Cancer Care as a Nurse Practitioner, where she provides compassionate, individualized, and holistic care to her patients. She credits her professional growth to the mentorship and support of Dr. Sindhu, Dr. Latchman, and Teresa Colby, NP, who have helped shape her into the provider she is today.

 

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys off-roading, hiking, playing card games, and, most importantly, spending time with her husband, son, and beloved fur babies. Her love for adventure and family fuels her passion for patient care, reminding her daily of the importance of holistic well-being. Lindsey considers it a privilege to care for her patients and is dedicated to making a positive impact on their lives.
